Announcing the Recipient of Our 19th Annual Precision Furnace Makeover - The Craig Family! 

This local family’s story deeply moved us. Led by a hardworking father who works overnight shifts while his wife works in the service industry, the Craigs are raising eight children, with four still at home ranging from early childhood to the teenage years. For more than a year, the family lived without a working furnace, relying on a natural gas fireplace and space heaters to keep warm.

One of their children has asthma and requires frequent hospital visits, making safe, reliable heat and improved air quality especially critical. Despite long hours and ongoing challenges, this family continues to put one another first with strength, perseverance, and love.

On a snowy snowday morning, we had the privilege of surprising the Craig Family and beginning the installation of a brand-new, high-efficiency furnace, along with indoor air quality solutions to help support a healthier home. It was a morning filled with big smiles, happy tears, and the true gift of warmth — moments like these mean so much to our Precision family.
