"WOW...My air conditioner stopped blowing cool air.  The condenser fan unit wasn't blowing and the unit was hot. Powered it down. Looked online for local repair and read reviews. Came upon Precision (5 stars). Called and was able to schedule an appointment TODAY! Given a four hour service window. Within an hour the service tech notified me that he was on his way. Very polite. Knew the problem immediately, a blown capacitor. Recommended some additional maintenance, freon, oil.  The house was already cooling before he left. So impressed that I signed up for Precision's seasonal HVAC service. Way to go Precision!  Can't go wrong! THE BEST!!!"
