2021 Recipient

Precision is proud to announce that Cindy Green and her granddaughter, Madilyn, are this year’s Precision Furnace Makeover winner! Cindy has cared for her disabled granddaughter since she was an infant and their story touched our hearts. The furnace was original to their 1955 home!  Thank you to the entire Northern Michigan community for submitting over 150 nominations.  Your thoughtfulness in nominating your friends, family, and neighbors was incredibly heartwarming.  

A special thanks to Trane for donating a high-efficiency furnace.  Also, due to family asthma and allergy issues, Precision also installed an Air Bear filter and a Reme Halo for state-of-the-art air purification as well as added a humidifier, too.
