We are proud to announce the Alano Club of Grand Traverse as our October 2024 Precision Cares Winner!

“The Alano Club of Grand Traverse has been providing meeting space for 12-step groups or groups that are focused on helping people recover from addiction since 1984. We are a non-profit organization that has no paid staff. We fully support monetarily by our community and are managed by community volunteers. If you are looking for meetings to help in recovery from addiction, you can go to michigan-NA.org or nmcentraloffice.org.

If you are looking for space to hold a meeting, we have a board meeting the first Sunday of the month at 10:30 AM. Come see us! We are located at 3055 Cass Rd, STE 109, Traverse City, MI 49684.”

The Alano Club has been a lifeline for many in our community. As one supporter shared, “They saved my life and so many others. Without places like the Alano Club, many facing addiction would have no place to turn. It provides hope and community.” Many individuals have experienced transformation and support here, with another member reflecting, “When I first walked into the Alano Club, someone said, ‘Welcome Home.’ It truly felt like I was right where I needed to be.”

For over 40 years, the Alano Club has hosted various meetings—including AA, NA, OA, and mental health support—creating a safe haven for those in need. They also foster community connections through monthly potlucks and events, demonstrating their commitment to recovery and rebuilding lives.

Join us in celebrating the Alano Club’s unwavering dedication to our community and the countless lives they’ve touched. ❤️
