Precision Cares’ October 2020 recipient is the NMC Children’s Choir – Dave Parrish Memorial Scholarship. The NMC Children’s Choir, founded in 1990, has served thousands of children in the Greater Grand Traverse Area. Their mission is to artistically enrich the lives of the children, their families, and the community.
Dave Parrish, who co-directed NMCCC choirs with his wife Mary since 1994, was beloved by everyone who knew him, or had the chance to make music with him. After Dave passed away in 2019, the Dave Parrish Memorial Scholarship was created to help benefit singers who needed financial support to participate in the NMC Children’s Choirs. Precision is proud to support this very deserving organization with $1,000.
