Our October Precision Cares recipient was Freedom Builders Missions. Their typical clients are one very small step away from being homeless or in some situations are currently displaced from their home because the housing conditions have become so deplorable that it is unsafe to live there any longer. In the first years of their existence, they accomplished 40-50 projects per year, but in the last several years that number has grown to over 300 projects a year.
Some of our most meaningful community partnerships begin with a nomination or recommendation from a neighbor. If you know a nonprofit, local organization, or family making a difference—or one that could use extra support—we want to hear about it.
