Our September Precision Cares recipient was Alzheimer’s Association – Greater Michigan Chapter . They were founded in 1981 and they serve 60 counties and more than 140,000 individuals living with Alzheimer’s or another dementia disease and their families in Michigan. Their mission is to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected, and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
